Marketing Program Manager

Work at the intersection of strategy and execution for a dynamic, worldwide marketing organization. The Marketing Program Manager will own the end-to-end coordination of campaigns, content, and communications — ensuring every initiative launches on time, on brand, and in sync across global and regional teams.

Position

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented communicator and project driver who can support the demands of a fast-moving, multi-channel marketing function. The ideal candidate will thrive in a coordination-heavy role, managing competing priorities across teams and vendors while keeping quality and brand consistency front and center.

Duties:

  • Managing marketing campaigns end-to-end, including planning, execution, and performance tracking across multiple channels to ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet project goals
  • Coordinating content production workflows — from creation through approval and deployment — covering promotional emails, social media posts, website updates, and other marketing materials
  • Serving as the communication bridge between worldwide and regional marketing teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and smooth day-to-day operations
  • Owning timelines and scheduling for marketing initiatives, proactively managing deadlines for deliverables, approvals, and campaign launches
  • Tracking and reporting on campaign performance, monitoring KPIs and preparing stakeholder-ready reports that translate data into clear insights
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all platforms and materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines in messaging, design, and tone




Requirements

6+ years of relevant experience in marketing coordination, project management, or marketing operations

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across global teams and external partners
  • Meticulous attention to detail, particularly around brand standards, timelines, and deliverable quality
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience supporting or managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, web, and beyond)
  • Comfortable working with performance data and KPIs; ability to synthesize findings into clear stakeholder reports
  • Familiarity with content management, approval workflows, and campaign management tools is a plus
  • Experience working in a global or regionally distributed marketing environment is valuable

Salary: $124,800-$156,000 depending on experience.
